Bank of America splits the statement into separate deposits and withdrawals tables rather than one running list, so a converted file often has two blocks with their own headers. Both use the same column positions, which is why the columns still line up.
What to check afterwards
Because deposits and withdrawals are printed as two separate tables, the converted file has two header rows rather than one. If you sort the whole sheet by date without removing the second header first, that header lands in the middle of your data.
