Something didn't convert right?

Please don't send the statement

The whole point of this site is that your statement never leaves your computer. Emailing it here would undo that — and email is the least private way to send a financial document, since it sits unencrypted on several servers along the way.

A description gets it fixed just as well. What is genuinely useful:

• Which bank or card issuer, and which country
• What the columns are called on the statement
• What went wrong — amounts in the wrong column, extra rows, nothing found at all

If a layout really can't be described, blank out the numbers and names in a screenshot of one or two rows. The structure is what matters, not the amounts.

Asking for a bank that isn't listed

Any text-based PDF works whether or not the bank is listed — the converter reads the columns from the statement itself. The list only marks the ones whose layout has been checked by hand.

So if yours converts fine, there is nothing to add. Tell us when it doesn't.
